A business that affiliates with the BBB will adhere to their eight standards, and abide by them through industry self-regulation. BBB Accreditation

A business can become accredited by the BBB by filling out the accreditation form from their Local BBB. If the BBB determines that the business meets their accreditation standards, which includes a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve consumer complaints, then they can pay an accreditation review and monitoring fee for consideration.
